At MotoMadness.store, we’re committed to providing you with premium riding gear, helmets, and accessories along with a transparent and hassle-free shipping and returns experience.
1. Shipping Policy Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
For remote/extended areas, additional time may be required depending on courier availability.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
Express Delivery: Available for select PIN codes (2–4 business days).
Shipping Charges
Free shipping for orders above ₹1999.
Orders below ₹1999 incur a shipping fee, displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
2. Returns & Exchange Policy
At MotoMadness.store, we ensure that all products are brand-new, original, and quality checked before dispatch. However, if there’s an issue, you can request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products damaged due to misuse.
Customised items or special orders.
Items without original invoice/bill.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship the product back to us at your cost (unless defective/damaged on arrival).

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, we will ship the replacement after receiving your returned item (exchange shipping charges may apply).
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product & packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
